18jilli accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 18jilli does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. 18jilli aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's Help section, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
All transactions on 18jilli are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the Player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, 18jilli reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's account. 18jilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
